TBD have trained us on the phone system's web browser interface to be self sufficient day to day, however anything that has been required of them has been provided promptly.   • The bottom line is we know have a new NEC 8100 phone system with 50 extensions that is actually quite amazing. Between the Russian, the Aussie and at one point a SouthAfrican it was installed after office hours, so we had no disruption to our routine. They've helped us with training and have come back and fined tuned it. The price was right, the timing was right and they were OK considering one was an Aussie and the other a Russian. I couldn't recommend a better phone system our outfit to install it. Technology By Design were bloody great.
